I was doing my shopping last night, and I needed Tomato Purée. Now the iphone is a clever thing, and it knows my thoughts, so as I typed "p...u...r...." in to the Tesco shopping app. it suggested purée. I agreed, searched and "no products found" was the result. I tried again with the same result.
Of course, this is not just a shopping app. this is is a tesco app. so rejecting the iphones helpful suggestion and accepting "puree" resulted in 32 results.
The pen may be mighter than the sword, but Apple retains the moral high ground.
